How Pricing Works

Wholesale Per Sub-Account Model: All pricing below is per end-client (sub-account). Rank Rise receives an automatic 15% wholesale discount off list prices. You set your own resale pricing.

Pricing is driven by usage (messages for Knowledge Agents, workflows for Action Agents). Channels are bundled by tier to simplify quoting.

What Counts as 1 Message

A single conversational exchange between the AI and an end-user.

  • Each user input = 1 message
  • Each AI response = 1 message
  • System-generated messages count
  • Internal routing does NOT count

What Counts as 1 Workflow

A completed multi-step automated task from trigger to resolution.

  • One workflow = one end-to-end execution
  • Failed retries count once per attempt
  • Steps within do NOT count separately
  • Recurring workflows count per execution

Safe Scale Guarantee

One-time rightsizing protection for your clients:

  • First month overages waived up to $500 value for every new client deployment
  • Overage cap: Monthly overages capped at 50% of base subscription fee when client upgrades to appropriate tier for next billing cycle. Standard overage rates apply otherwise.
  • Upgrade flexibility: Mid-cycle tier upgrades prorated, no penalties

Contract Terms

Commitment Month-to-month available. Annual prepay receives 3% discount (stacks with wholesale).
Billing Cycle Monthly in advance. Overages billed in arrears (capped at 50% of base).
Cancellation 30-day written notice. No early termination fees on month-to-month.
SLA (Enterprise) 99.9% uptime guaranteed.
