Pricing is driven by usage (messages for Knowledge Agents, workflows for Action Agents). Channels are bundled by tier to simplify quoting.
What Counts as 1 Message
A single conversational exchange between the AI and an end-user.
- Each user input = 1 message
- Each AI response = 1 message
- System-generated messages count
- Internal routing does NOT count
What Counts as 1 Workflow
A completed multi-step automated task from trigger to resolution.
- One workflow = one end-to-end execution
- Failed retries count once per attempt
- Steps within do NOT count separately
- Recurring workflows count per execution
